Returns and Exchanges

Due to the seasonal nature of our online merchandise, we are unable to offer refunds. We do offer exchanges and store credit within twenty-one days of receipt of merchandise. The merchandise must be in its original condition. We apologize, but shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of damaged or defective merchandise, please contact Hazel directly, and we will give further instructions regarding the return and replacement of said merchandise.

Shipping and Handling

We ship using UPS Ground Service. Options for delivery are as follows:

• UPS Ground (5-7 business days)
• 2^nd Day

Delivery prices are variable according to shipping address and total weight of items being shipped. Delivery charges can be figured before being charged for your items by going through the “checkout” process on the “shopping cart” page. After entering your shipping information, a total will be figured. At this point, you can still click on the “cancel” button to stop the sale. Options are for delivery in the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. For delivery outside of the United States, please contact Hazel directly via email or telephone for shipping costs.

It is possible to have items purchased sent to multiple shipping addresses, but the full shipping charge will be applied to each new address. For fastest service, please make separate transactions for each different address. Otherwise, please contact Hazel directly by phone or email if you would like items being sent to more than one address charged on one sale.

Sales Tax

9.75% sales tax will be added to any order shipped in the state of Illinois.

• To add an item to your shopping cart, click the “add to cart” button at the bottom of the page. (Items that you put in your cart will not be officially purchased until you have completed the checkout process.)
• To remove an item from your cart, click the “remove” option from the shopping cart page.
• To view your shopping cart at any time, click the “shopping cart” link near the top of the page.
• To complete your purchase, click on the “shopping cart” link and click the “checkout” button. Follow the simple steps to purchase your items.

Special Orders/Out of Stock Items

Due to the nature of our product, it is not always possible for every piece on our web site available for immediate shipment. If the piece that you wanting is temporarily out of stock, we can contact you with an estimated shipping date. Please contact us via phone or email if you need a special size in a particular piece. In some instances we may be able to special order various sizes. Please note that all special orders are non-returnable.

Gift Wrapping

All items purchased can be wrapped in our modern and stylish paper. Just check the “Gift Wrap” option in the checkout page. If purchasing multiple items, please indicate in the “Included Message” area or in the “Comments” area which items are to be wrapped and which gift message corresponds with the various items purchased. If the “gift wrap” option has been selected and no further instructions are given, all items purchased will be wrapped.
